Privacy Policy

The Wanted! website (the “service”) is operated by Kuus Group Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how you can control it.

What data we collect

Email address — to let you sign in via a link and to notify you of new listings.
Search request details — make, model, years, price, body type, fuel, gearbox, colour, additional keywords, your city and delivery method.
Favourites — listings and requests you have saved.
Technical data — information your browser sends when you open the website (IP address, browser type), recorded in hosting logs.

We do not collect sellers’ personal data from listings (names, phone numbers, addresses): from listings we take only details of the car, the price and the city.

Why we use it

to search for cars matching your requests and calculate the total cost;
to notify you of new matching listings;
to keep the service running and secure.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Cloudflare, Supabase). Fonts are loaded from our own website. Car brand logos are loaded from jsDelivr, which can see your browser’s IP address.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete a request, the listings found for it are deleted as well. On request, we will delete your account and all associated data.

Cookies and statistics

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. In your browser’s storage (localStorage) the website keeps only what it needs to work: your login, chosen language and country, delivery city, favourites and your answer to the cookie notice. No consent is needed for this.

We count visits ourselves — without cookies and without third-party services: which page was opened, where you came from (website or utm tag), country, language, device type, how long the page was open, and search steps (search started, results received, email left), and, if something breaks on a page, the error message, the page and the browser type. Your IP address is not stored: to tell visitors apart, an anonymised code is calculated from it and your browser data, and this code changes every day. Records are kept for 13 months and are visible only to us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the service works and improving it.

If you prefer not to take part, click “No statistics” in the notice at the bottom of the page or . If Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, we do not count your visits.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, and object to its processing. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country.
